The Relics of Saint Therese Visitation Schedule
The upcoming visit of the relics of Saint Therese is truly a special occasion. It is anticipated that the relics will draw a significant number of visitors—potentially up to 20,000 people—during their time in Lafayette.
The relics will be present at the Carmelite Monastery beginning Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints with both the monastery and our school’s transportation and daily schedule, we are unable to organize group visits for our students. However, we encourage families to take advantage of our early dismissal and consider visiting the relics on Thursday afternoon and/or attending Mass with the Bishop.
Another option is for parents to check students out (and back in, if desired) on Wednesday in order to view the relics. I have attached the visitation schedule for both the Monastery and Cathedral.
